1. Shipping Coverage

Bag Haven delivers across India. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. During checkout, we validate your pincode to confirm serviceability in your area.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. The final payable amount shown at checkout is all-inclusive.

3. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. For UPI payments, processing begins after successful payment verification. For COD orders, processing begins immediately after order placement.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID and email address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, for COD orders, the order will be cancelled. For prepaid orders (UPI), we will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.

7. Pincode Serviceability

We verify pincode serviceability during checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to cover more areas.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted it, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
