Need to cancel an order? Here is how it works.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may use our return and refund process after delivery.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through one of the following methods:
Please include your Order ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation in your request.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
In all such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed.
If the order was pre-paid (UPI), the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method after the cancellation is confirmed.
If the order was COD, no payment would have been collected, so no refund is applicable.
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of specific items before shipment. Contact us with the Order ID and the specific item(s) you wish to cancel. The shipping charge (if applicable) will be recalculated based on the remaining order value.
If you have made a UPI payment and wish to cancel before shipping, we will process a full refund including any shipping charges paid. The refund timeline is 5-7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
