Orders & Shopping

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, Bag Haven supports guest checkout. You can place an order by simply providing your name, email, phone number, and delivery address during checkout. No account creation is required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and email to check the current status of your shipment.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications (address change, product swap) are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact us at care@baghaven.store as soon as possible with your Order ID and the changes you need.
Are the product images accurate?
We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing differences. The actual product will closely match the images shown.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all other UPI-enabled apps). We do not currently accept credit/debit cards or net banking.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption. UPI payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (MMADPay). We never store your UPI credentials, bank details, or payment card information on our servers, in compliance with RBI guidelines.
My UPI payment failed. What should I do?
If your UPI payment failed, the order will not be confirmed and no amount will be deducted. If the amount was debited but the payment shows as failed, please wait 24-48 hours for an automatic reversal. If the amount is not reversed, contact us with your Order ID and transaction screenshot.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. During checkout, we verify your pincode for serviceability. Metro cities typically receive deliveries in 3-5 business days, while other areas may take 5-14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. The final amount including shipping is always shown before you confirm your order.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us and we will follow up with our courier partner.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags intact. Contact us at care@baghaven.store with your Order ID and reason for return. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
How long does a refund take?
After your return is approved and the product passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 2 business days. UPI refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. COD refunds via bank transfer take 7-10 business days.
I received a damaged/wrong product. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Email care@baghaven.store with your Order ID. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately with your Order ID. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you can use our return process after delivery. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
