Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is our refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The product is not damaged due to customer mishandling
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Free gifts or promotional items
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at care@baghaven.store within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product

5. Refund Methods
- UPI Payments: Refund will be credited back to the original UPI account within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Shipping charges for replacement of damaged/defective items will be borne by us.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of use or if the original packaging is missing/damaged. The refund amount will be determined after quality inspection.
8. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, etc.). Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
